Residency at Derek Jarman’s Prospect Cottage

In April 2025 I spent two weeks on a residency at Prospect Cottage, awarded by Creative Folkestone. I spent my time exploring queer stories in Derek Jarman’s garden and developing a series of workshops on co-creating public gardens in hostile environments. From this I have written about my time there published in this Garden Museum newsletter article. I plan to host the workshops soon, engaging local communities in how we can queer landscape design and planting practices.
